What is good for some is bad for others. Not so brightMechanical Engineering
What is good for some is bad for others. For instance, I love that AU is small. It is less hectic. I feel safe here. You'll get to know your professors and they will know you. Your classes are taught by professors, not TAs. Despite the school's small size, there are still great opportunities here - for study abroad, research (undergrads can get involved), project based learning, co-ops, and internships. The campus location is remote and rural. This does not bother me. I enjoy the outdoors (fishing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, snowboarding) and dislike big cities. The surrounding region is beautiful but it would be incredibly boring if you love to bar hop and go to clubs. The town of Alfred is very student centered, but very small. If you're thinking of going to school here, visit first.

Faculties are friendly and helpful, but students are uncompetitive and has no motivation to strive for success. A total party school.

Question
If you are smart enough to check aSuper BrilliantComputer Science
If you are smart enough to check a website like this before making a life decision then you are far too smart to attend this hell hole. After two years of doing busy work with my thumb up my ass, I have decided to transfer to Northeastern University in Boston. I am from a city and most people here have never seen a building taller than 5 stories. This is currently my last semester here and I would have to say that with my degree in Information Systems, I would make a better bar tender than IT person. The people are retarded and are the most anti-social, racist, narrow-minded, idiotic, shmucks. They live in their rooms and have no sense of getting anywhere in life. DON'T COME HERE!
