I visited Wagner during senior year and fellBrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I visited Wagner during senior year and fell in love with the campus. Don't get me wrong, the school is very beautiful, but it's not as great as I thought it'd be. Beware, if you're from out of state, you should know that most of the students are from Staten Island and don't seem to leave very much. They drive around in their fancy cars that mommy or daddy bought them. They sit in class and complain about the work. It's like what did you expect. Some of the professors are nice, and will explain things to you if you ask for help. But no offense I've had professors who I couldn't understand their English for the life of me. I swear it's like they keep hiring people from other countries. I don't know why Wagner hired them in the first place. The food is good, although it gets boring eating the same stuff every day. If you play sports, I am pretty sure they'll give you a full scholarship. The theater and music departments are pretty good from what I hear. For me, I feel like Wagner isn't living up to my expectations. They seem to spend money on the campus more than anything else.

It's a small school but people are notQuite BrightArt & Design Department
It's a small school but people are not really close with one another unless they belong to the same interest group (fraternity/sorority, theater, athletes, etc.) around the school. The good points are the variety of courses offered and the internships that you have to take early on that prepares you for the workplace. However, even though we emphasize internships, the school does not put enough emphasis and awareness to create connections to secure a career path. Networking events bring very few alumni with little variety in professional fields they represent.

OK this school is horrible.Quite BrightPsychology
OK this school is horrible...the campus life is dead...all people do everyday is drink and get high...the organization of departments is horrible..the registrar's and fin aid offices are clueless...registration is horrible and classes close on the first day...the food is BAD...the dorm conditions are pathetic.... education is pooor and professors might be nice and some might be good but its still sad...wagner just tries to lure people in during special visiting events like homecoming and they spend money on appearance but it lacks depth as one prof always says lol... everything is so sad and pathetic at this school including the 5.15 minimum wage for college work study...the students are mostly white and clueless about the world...there are no organizations appealing to minorities...the school is not diverse...there are no good campus events...the list just goes on and on...and the unit system screws you over and tries to get you to stay an extra year...additionally some of the adjuncts are horrible and cant teach...ok my advice to you would be not to go here....It was my mistake and im just trying to help you all... Staten Island is horrible...the club scene every thursday night gets me I can think of many other negative things that happen at wagner each and every day, but that will taek too much time...the only good thing out of wagner is the bond I have formed with few close friends...other than that, the school is pathetic and i regret going there and paying a Ivy tuition for a poor education etc.....DONT COME HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE...
