| Average | I liked Clark State. I have been to other colleges and I prefer Clark State over the others. The others may have advantages, but what I wanted was a place that would give me credits without making things too difficult for me. I just wanted the credits. Plain and simple. I wasn't looking for a challenge so I didn't care about the other things. I thought the people were quite friendly and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. This is comparing it to my experience at other colleges where people always gossiped about each other and were extremely cliquey. I wasn't looking for that sort of teenage nonsense. Clark State offered a mature adult experience and that's what I got. With that being said, there are also high school students that attend Clark State and they seem to fit in quite well. Clark State is really a place for everyone and that's what I liked about it. Everyone has a place there. It's truly a place with the widest range of socioeconomic backgrounds. We have everyone from high school kids to retired people. There's also a high representation of Afro Americans which I liked. | Education Quality: A, Useful Schoolwork: C | | | |

| Quite Bright | college without experience and knowing someone is a waste of time. its not what you know its who you know. also if you are graduating with a degree in information technolgy get your cert.i know they are next to impossible, but a degree in network admi/tech support is a snot rag without a certification. i would also start here. don't go away to college if you need to develop social skills, don't know what to do with your life, or have no money. keep in mind clark state is what you make of it. if you want a decent education then you must work for it. some teachers are incompentent such as the web development program professor. most are helpful. the biggest problem at clark state is the underfunding. they have no money hence no or not enough equipment. recommend path for techies: Joint vocional school, community college/ then tech school four year degree. since computer knowledge is upgrading constantly pursue a four year degree, and then two year tech, the info you aquired is still up to date. | Starting Job: unemployed, Preparedness: F, Reputation: F | | |

| Bright | Clark state is a nice school but some profesors are horrible. Quite often, profesors will ask students what is going on because they either do not know whats going on, or dont have the knowledge. Profesors will push their opinion on students and try to pass it for fact. | University Resource Use: A+, Faculty Accessibility: D | | | |
