At Kenyon I met many highly motivated individuals who were genuinely excited about learning and becoming more complete people. I established long-term friendships with fantastic people (both students and faculty) and gained the skills necessary to be successful after graduation. I'd high recommend Kenyon for anyone interested in studying the natural sciences. The faculty are enthusiastic about working with undergraduates and students have exceptional opportunities to participate in top-notch research that oftentimes get published in respected journals. This can open many doors for you.Social life can get a bit dreary due to the small student population, but everyone finds their niche and makes the best of it. There is definitely a drinking culture, but there are also many students who aren't into partying and do their own thing. The college does a pretty good job of organizing activities for its students and there are some really great club and intramural programs to get involved in. The Outdoor's Club and anything associated with the Horn Galley (student-run music center) are two particularly awesome groups. I loved my time at Kenyon and will always think positively about my time there.

Super Brilliant
Kenyon really is in the middle of nowhere and a lot of people just aren't down with that. That said, if you can handle it, the environment is incredibly warm and welcoming. If you can find your niche here, and I promise, if you look you'll find it, you'll be spending your 4 years with the most interesting people you'll ever meet.

Truly don't think I could have gone to a better school for me. It was intellectually stimulating with amazing teachers. Beautiful campus. Supportive administration. Great people. It set me up to be who I am and that could easily have gone a different way!
