As far as education UNOH is a great school, however if you are a minority like me; You may not be as welcomed as other students. UNOH's faculty as well as a large amount of students are extreamly racist. you cannot go anywhere on campus without seeing the "Rebel flag". I have had security break into my dorm while i was not home. I have also been called a "Nigger" by students and nothing has been done when i complained. The Dean Thomas Grothous has tried to deny me excused absences after being ill with the Flu, as well as Bronchitis. I had to fight to get 2 days and was still denied my credits. Andy O'Neal, another dean has also givin me problems on numerous occasions. he has tried to suspend me after following my guidence councilors' advice. Just this week he tried to suspend me because i am on acedimic probantion and i had to complete study hours, I went to them but somehow the person in charge of the program doesnt see my hours that i witnessed staff members log me in and out each time.I ended up on probation due to my papers being lost after placing them in a teachers mailbox. another class i was not allowed in on the first day due to not having my books. i was told not to come back until i got them, for me that meant whenever i could get another loan. after missing 3 hours of the class i was then told i had to take a 100 question final at the end of the session that was designed for the student to fail. the 3rd class i failed was the one i was in while ill. As of today i am oficially withdrawn from UNOH. and i would not reccomend this school for anyone that does not have a light skinned complection.

This school actually was great for me, but it's not for everyone. For those of you who are planning on partying while you're there, you will be the one's complaining about loan repayments with no education. These instructors know their stuff. They don't have time to hold your hand. Classes start at a basic level, but accelerate quickly. If you aren't serious about your education, don't waste your money at any school. The tuition here is much cheaper than most other tech schools, but it's still a life investment. I am now a service manager at a G.M. dealership. I turned a wrench for three years when I got out. However, once the general manager recognized my ppl skills, he wanted me up close and personal with their customers. I make a decent wage at a job where I feel i accel. I learned everything I know from this school as I did not attend vocational school. You will get out what you put in!

I am from Indiana and i found this school to be a joke. My course is Network Technology and I had several problems with teachers, and faculty. I even ended up contacting the dean of buisness and the vice president of the college and recived no response. The dorms are a dump. My roomates didnt even shower. Yes the credit hours are a tad lower but they charge you quarterly rather than semesterly. If you have the option do not attend this shcool. All my teachers other than 2 swore daily. I think the positive posts are done by the faculty some who dont and cant speak english. I wouldnt waste my time or money agian living in this condition. Gladly Transfering...Please take this honestly im only trying to help. Dont let them decive you...
