Sort By: [Date] [Major] [Rating] Chemistry  Major Salary, Salary Trend, Satisfaction, Unemployment Quite Bright SSU had me jump through multiple hoops in regard to financial aid. It was as if they wanted me to pay out of my pocket out of spite. Professors are hit or miss. Get into a class early to get the good professors. It's a wonder that some professors are still even there (one of my current professors is pretty proud of having never given an A to anyone in this class). There's not much time to talk to professors as their office hours are almost nonexistent. Barely any parking space around Kricker. I don't feel safe walking back to my car after night classes because it takes forever for security to get to a location. SSU's website is never up to date and there is almost no information on clubs and organizations whatsoever. I don't feel like a degree from SSU will be worth much. They add onto the university and then charge students $150 for a University Center bond fee without the students knowing until they recieve their bill. They have professors who are too arrogant and have their favorites. The administration is AWFUL. They spend money where they don't need to be spending it. They ignore the students who really need help, But cater to the ones who know more than they do. I thought they were there to try to teach you something. If they were really as bright as they think they are wouldnt they be at harvard? But hey the less they have to do the easier their job is right? I regret ever going to this dump.
