I would be really careful in what you get your degree in, especially if you are tackling a Liberal Arts degree, because Akron isn't very strong in that area. I recently interviewed for a job at Akron U after graduating and they didn't even hire one of their own, so that speaks volumes about what they think of their own school.Good luck with life if you attend this school for your college career. Join a club, a fraternity, a sport (if you can), anything. If you don't meet people you'll be miserable. UA has made great improvements in the campus and resources for students over the past 10 years. This brings in more money for the team and better job offers for the students who are involved. The design teams are wonderful opportunities for engineering.
