Most of the kids living on campus either go home on the weekend or to another campus (Akron or Kent ) for their social activities. NO students (except me, I am learning) attended Walsh out of pure choice. They chose Walsh so they could play some kind of sport there for a "scholarship". That being said, these students have their friends from their sport(s) and don't to make new ones. I have never had a problem making friends ANYWHERE until I came here. I am Catholic and feel that this is the most non-Catholic environment based on how I am treated by other kids...it is amazing. I am transferring second semester! I have no regrets about attending Walsh. I have found that Walsh has a solid reputation in Northeast Ohio, and I feel it is only going to grow. I highly recommend this school.
