I am in a difficult major, Computer ScienceQuite BrightComputer Science
I am in a difficult major, Computer Science and feel this program at WSU has challenged me. The Computer Science/Engineering Department is a good one. They care about your progress and getting you involved in the department. They helped me get a job over the summer and I am currently working as a TA also. I think any college is what you put in to it.

Question
This school isn't for everybody. Not so brightNursing
This school isn't for everybody. I went for a year, (2010-2011) & it was ok. It's a big school, but people usually only clique with the people from they're own hometown (LOTS of people from Columbus and Cincinnati) & it's kind of highschool'ish in a way, but it depends on who you chose to hang with. Chose your friends wisely, because there are a LOT of tempting people here. There's always people outside, and there's always activities going on on campus and at the Nutter Center. I'd say the best way to meet people is by joining orginzations.

Question
Wright State is what you put in academically,Quite BrightPolitical Science
Wright State is what you put in academically, which is a great deal for the price. Most professors are friendly, approachable and willing to help you with your studies. The classes might be "dumbed down", but don't let that fool you, it's what you put in. Students are very diverse and you'll probably meet a lot of people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. The social life is really fun (if you know who to hang with), but it's also mixed. Like any place, there's rude, condescending and very tempting people. You need to know where you stand! I transferred mostly because I didn't feel challenged, (I came from a top performing HS),but I've known people who've graduated and hold very successful careers, which really worked for them.
