NOC stands for No Other Choice. The admission staff is very unfriendly and the guidance counselors refuse to guide you. They expect you to enrol yourself and hopefully take the right classes. This school is a waste of time. I only went there cause it doesnt hardly cost anything. Instead, I had a horrible frieshman year. I only met druggies and high school drop outs with who all had 12 kids on welfare and on their 3rd marriage. Its a bad enviorment! Have a real college experience...go to osu!

Quite Bright
Due to its multi-campus existence, Northern provides a great selection of classes for those living in northern Oklahoma. However, there is not enough balance between the arts and academics as the Tonkawa campus has more arts and media related fields than the Enid campus. Northern is a great college to get your basics out of the way, as the professors are excellent in relaying information in an interesting format. Aside from the often non-working classroom clocks, and erratic heating and air conditioning system, the campus is well taken care of.
