 | Not so bright | Most all the staff here are very friendly and helpful, however, the college as a whole is not very honest about how things work to get into programs. I've been lied to so may times that I don't know what to believe. My advice would be to look for a different school at all cost. The nursing program's Director is a SMUG BITCH and doesn't care about the students, don't let her fool you at first. | Faculty Accessibility: A+, Education Quality: F | | | |

| | Bright | I just read the other reviews. I was going to talk about the nursing program being a sham. The other person who wrote the review about run away as fast as you can is exactly right on their post. They cut all of our points in half after we already earned them. No warning, just cut them in half. Had I known this before hand, I would have gone to a different school for sure! So follow our advice, do not waste any time here. Even with good grades, it's hard to get accepted. | Friendliness: A+, Education Quality: F | | | |

| | Quite Bright | I'm not here to bash the school or teaching staff, I just want to enlighten people about the deceptive nature of Rose State College. In fact, I have liked most of my professors, they have actually been great. However, my warning to anyone planning to attend the Rose State Nursing Program needs to RUN away from here as fast as you can.... It's a bitch to get accepted and I have a 3.8 GPA. This school accepts you into a program based on a point system. I had 126 points when I applied, it took 133 to get in and a 3.8 GPA. Just this week, they lowered all the points for each class in half. This means I have less points now. I will never get accepted at this rate. I just think they need to be more upfront with the students. Again, WHEN I SAY RUN, I MEAN RUN LIKE HELL AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SCHOOL!!!!!!!! Also, some of the hard classes I took, DO NOT TRANSFER TO OTHER COLLEGES... My advice to anyone wanting to become an R.N. is go to any other school in OKC. OSU, OCCC, UCO etc... You will be much better off than wasting your time here. We all have the same goal, to get in, get a degree and get out to work and live a better life than we have now. However, it will take you 4 times longer if you stay at Rose State. Just a word of advice from someone who has dedicated alot of time here. I now have to decide where to go so I can move ahead instead of staying stagnant at Rose. OSU has a much better nursing program from what I've heard from friends who have gone there and have already graduated and now working. | Faculty Accessibility: A, Education Quality: F | | | |
