Very frustrating. A teacher then requires you to use the database for a source in your paper, but can NOT find anything to use for the paper because none of the sources have articles in them, it requires you to find a book, which they do not have. It's as if they are hiring industry failures and people that just want a little extra money. The bad professors aren't so much hard in the academic sense, but they are unprofessional, unorganized, unhelpful, unfriendly, arrogant, and I have to wonder about the sanity of at least one. There are a few really good professors, but not enough to make RSU worth attending. The online degrees were attractive bait, but now I'm just waiting to graduate this "university". The worst area is Enrollment/Administration. Some individuals are pleasant and helpful, some are arrogant and rude, but the organization itself is incompetent. If you do attend, plan on them screwing up and your having to spend time and effort fixing it. The next worst area is "The School of Applied Technology and Business". There are one or two excellent teachers here, but they are the exception rather than the rule. Leadership amd management are the issues here. Faculty incompetence is tolerated, students suffer because of this. Forget about complaining, the faculty will close ranks and retaliate in a heartbeat. I disenrolled after writing the previous review for all the reasons given. I went personally to the campus to make sure all the disenrollment paperwork was signed and they did not mess anything up. I was told my refund check would be in the mail shortly. It has been close to a month and no check was sent! Why? I called up there today, they still show me as enrolled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why? Why? Why? Avoid this school at all costs as it will be very costly to you!
