The school is okay. Overall, would I go here again? No. The business services and resident halls are pieces of shit. They claim to help and pay out of state tuition, but I get another scholarship that pays it even though living in a border county, I don't have to. So what do they do? Double my out of state tuition so my scholarship can pay for it instead of being rerouted to help pay tuition. As far as financial aid goes, you're just a number that they can f*** over. Professors can be cool and classes are nice, but the businesses and services of the university just are so terrible. Living on campus is a big waste of money and the staff could care less about you or any problems in the dorms. Don't live on campus, really... Don't really go to Southeastern too. It's not a great school really.

The Financial Aid Dept. is very slow in processing of accounts. Communication is non-exsistant and they do not return calls or emails.

its a good solid place to get an education that will really help you launch yourself in the industry. we had speakers form all over the country come and talk in our courses. i love this place. yes the university doesn't really look like its all that, and the city is not glamorous but it has plenty to places to keep you busy, plus its only 25-30 miles from the Sherman and about 1:30 hour from Dallas. But the people in this city are some of the most friendlies you will ever see. Oklahoman are very pleasant people. i am from Texas and people here are just as sweat as back Texas.departments are small but efficient. same with many student organizations they are rather small and there activity is more or less limited.
