Attending to Allegheny wasPsychology
Attending to Allegheny was the best decision I have ever made to date. The school is really one community, with professors who are you mentors as well as your friends. I highly recommend a campus visit and talking with current students. You will be challenged academically.

Always follow your intuition though it may conflict with the "professional/monetary" success belief.

Question
I would recommend Allegheyn College to any studentBrightPerfomance Arts
I would recommend Allegheyn College to any student interested in a Liberal Arts education, pre-med, natural sciences, humanities . . . well everybody!!! Academically you are exposed to range of information and experiences, which makes your education more applicable to the real world (you are never going to work in just the area of your major). When I came to grad school I then fully realized the quality of education I received. Compared to my other classmates I felt as though my critical/analytical reading and writing skills were far above the average. My graduate work is in something completely different from my undergraduate work and I still felt well trained academically, and adaptable to anything.

The professors look at students as an investment and spend so much of themselves for each student. They are available more then they are obligated to be and more often than not they are involved in other student activities really fostering the sense of community on campus and in the classroom.

The student body and administration rocks!!! I have never known a college or university that had such wonderful relationships between the students and administration. The result, a college environment geared for and by the students with the support of the administration. President Cook makes every effort to spend time with students whether it is in the dining hall for lunch, a football game, a Playshop play, or at Hut-a-thon (a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity).Allegheny College allows you the space to become who you want to and the resources to challenge you to become even more. It is not an education for a job or graduate school, but life.
