Question
BBC&S was a wonderful experience for me.AverageReligion/Religious
BBC&S was a wonderful experience for me. The school is caring, considerate, and watches out for the individual as a whole. Academics are only a part what is taught at BBC. I had the honor of being involved in may ways at the school and look back fondly at that privilege. Understanding that because it is a God centered institution there will always be a broad perspective of experiences that students will have as their are varying degrees by which people are at in their spiritual growth. One thing I noticed about those in authority at BBC is that they have great desire for people to grow spiritually and are open to differing opinions of things. On multiple occasions I had the chance to voice my disagreement and found that when a disagreement was brought to attention in a humble manner that the response was always without fail a respectful and caring answer back. Whether it be a difference in theology or in rules or the way things worked. The school pushes the individual to grow spiritually. That is the ultimate goal. To help produce leaders for God and for the world. I believe the school desires to do that. This is why the school does not have a ton of liberal arts degrees because they teach so much Bible for each major. Although now I believe the school has the status with accreditation to offer double majors. One Bible Major and the other your choice. It is A LOT of work but totally worth it. The school and its professors helped me to get a job at a church shortly after I graduated. Its a great place to be!

Question
I just finished up my on campus schoolingBright
I just finished up my on campus schooling at BBC, and I anticipate student teaching this fall. Having a fresh perspective on campus life and classes, I just wanted to express my appreciation to BBC. I can passionately say that BBC reflects life and defends truth. The faculty at this school genuinely takes interest in their students and invests time and energy to help their students grow. My classes were definitely applicable to my major as well as life. The atmosphere was positive and promoted spiritual, academic, and social growth. Dorm life was a blast. There were forty girls in my dorm my last semester and I had a great relationship with all of them and we grew a lot as sisters in Christ. Our dorm had the best dorm mom ever, she was very open, honest, and upfront with us, and on top of that never acted like she had it all together. Loved being part of that family!! The rules at BBC were pretty practical. They were there to promote discipline as well as unity. If the rules were enforced right they would always be followed up with a conversation that would assist in the betterment of the individual.

Overall, I loved that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was the focus of what BBC is all about. Spreading the great news that Jesus Christ, the Creator of the World's only Son, died on the cross for man's imperfections and came alive again and wants to have a personal relationship with each individual He created! So thankful for the impact BBC had on my life!
