| | Quite Bright | I am currently attending ESU, and also currently in the process of transferring. I was unaware of what I wanted out of a college education when I first came into ESU, however now I am perfectly aware of what I do NOT want in an education. I am a commuter student, so I cannot speak of the social life of the school, however there are no large frat parties, only small house parties that often get busted. I can, however, speak for the student body, campus aesthetics and classes. First off, the campus basically lies on one street, "Normal Street", the name not far off. The dorms and buildings are bland and blocky, and there is no landscaping helping the pitiful buildings' cases. Commuting is a pain because unless you have an 8 am class, good luck finding a parking spot. The student body consists of Jersey Shore lookalikes and meat headed doofballs, and it appears that only 1% of the school's population owns a pair of jeans; if you love sweatpants, you will fit in. The classes are easy, you are one of hundreds in many classes, and the kids don't care about an education whatsoever. Everyone wants to be a psychologist, teacher, or physical therapist and thinks that with a cut-rate education from a shotty school that they will get a job. The teachers are impossible to personally know unless you take higher level courses with less students; in only one class has a teacher learned my name. So, if you want to slack off, wear sweatpants, get a degree and live with your parents for the rest of your life, go to ESU. If you actually want a challenge and an education to benefit your future, don't waste your time here. | Faculty Accessibility: B, Collaboration/Competitive: F | | | |

| | Bright | I am a Media Comms major. My suggestion is only declare a majoring in this department if you are interested in graphics. TV people you don't have a chance the TV and video courses are now being run by two idiots who can't teach and don't know their field at all!! Get ready to teach yourself editing and software (they don't teach it they just hand you a book and expect you to do it for yourself) They don't want a smart faculty just a culturally diverse one. | Individual Value: A+, Useful Schoolwork: F | | | |
