The university does not have a welcoming environment for multicultural populations. Many people transfer because the school is racist security constantly stop students to produce their id cards especially if not white. Faculty and staff show less concern for academic success of students who are non white. They don't answer your questions in class willingly and don't give you feedback on your assignments if not white.
