Make sure to visit before you make a decision on what school you wish to attend out of high school. I had never even heard of IU until a friend of mine mentioned it. Overall I have really enjoyed my brief time here, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is the Worst University you could ever attend. I was warned and I read a whole bunch of reviews that weren't so great but i never listened. I was an incoming freshman and i didn't have enough money to pay. I called financial aid 2 weeks in advanced asking for assistance because the numbers were off on my bill and i didn't get a response till a day before move-in day and that was only because i went to the university in person. Then when i tried to withdraw no one answered there calls or emails and then bounce me to different people in different departments that did nothing to help me. The only thing this university cares about is there money. And i strongly suggest going to community college than this school. Unless you like to get crap education for a shit load of money. UGH i felt like i was in prison.

The teachers seem to be allowed to do what they want. This is the worst school to deal with. I had to have my father step in to help me with a problem because the staff is so ignorant to students. The classes are not up to par and most of my classes dont transfer. They make you take "gym" class-I felt like I was back in HS. Then you get NO CREDIT for the gym. Do not go to this school. Oh wow do not eat the food there either you WILL get sick and I mean sick! I got so sick the first week I was there I just buy my own food. No laundry facilities either. They are so small and not enough for all the students. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. The school is not selective either, anyone can be admitted. I guess they need the money after all it is a catholic institute.
