I came into this school very open minded. At first when I came to orientation the people were very kept to themselves and shy. I figured that it was just because people were nervous. However as i entered the school i started to realize that everyone was like this no matter what their age was. All the students just seem to be very into themselves and not to open to meeting new people or making new friends. The social life here sucks. There is very little for anyone to do during the week and especially on the weekends. This campus is empty, almost everyone goes home. I usually find myself just being in my dorm or a friends and it gets old really fast. For parties I find myself going to my friends schools that are around here. The food here is horrible. It is hard to fine anything healthy to eat. Especially when we have periods of time when the water is bacteria infested. This only leaves fried alternatives. Its bad. The food is also over priced and no matter what you always have to use your flex. The campus itself it very nice and the AF is awesome. As for the dorms. I live in the all girls dorm. Not by choice. I requested to not live here specifically and they put me in this building either way (when i came to school I was over the age of 18). Also my room is ment to be a single, but i do have a roommate even though there are about 5 empty rooms in my hall alone. Sometimes there is a random nasty smell that happens. I don't know if it is from the mushroom factories, or the cow manure. But it is bad!! The surrounding town at first is nice. They have all the basics you need but after walking up and down there you realize it really does not have everything you want or need. It also takes a car ride to get anywhere, the closest walmart is about 20 min away in trexlertown. Overall I really do not like it here what so ever and cannot wait to transfer next semester.

Quite Bright
There are not enough classes for the amount of students so expect to be wait-listed. The residence halls are unsatisfactory, the all girl residence hall's elevator rarely works, mice have been seen, the pipes clank at night. The other residence halls are dirty. Some of the faculty are unfriendly and unhelpful. The food choices are mostly unhealthy, and usually bland tasting. The meal plan system is annoying, you have certain time slots when you can get a certain meal.

I am a first year student here at the university and i hate it here! If you have a car there is nothing to do here at all. A lot of the people here are very stuck up and not friendly at all. The night life is pretty aweful if you do not know any upperclassmen because a lot of the parties aren't too big. I am actually going to transfer out either this semester or at the end of the year because i cannot see myself being here for 4 years!
