You must understand the nature of Hershey, PA before committing to this university. Hershey is a farmtown without the benefits of city life. Although, the capitol city of Harrisburg is close by with all of the amenities, and NYC, Philly, etc. are just around the corner. The quality of research, etc. is top notch and faculty and students invest a lot of time in you. Personally, I am glad I chose to attend the Penn State College of Medicine.
