First semester it wasn't looking like a good year ahead. The parties..well there are none and if there are the cops will break it up by 12:30 the latest. The bars are the scene! If you have an I.D life is good. There is somewhere to go everynight of the week. It gets super expensive but if you hit up the specials you're set. The living ..can't complain! Freshman housing worst picks are Lafarge. Sophomore Lancaster! Otherwise its pretty sick. RA's =horrible reslife just get off campus whenever possible. School is shockingly hard from high school, staff are not on top of you at all so get you're stuff together from the start. Food..well you won't get fat thats for sure, but you won't starve either. The students=you'll find your group. More than most there are the preppy, rich, spoiled brats. But wayy less than Nova! Lax bros, stoners, drinkers, kids who think the perch is the place to be on the weekends, the sorority girls and the frat guys. We have it all. But within there are your normal kids that are chill and down to earth. Greek=LAME there is no real Greek life here it is a horrible waste of time, paying for friends is only cool in big schools. Overall, St. Joe's is pretty sick, made some great friends, have some outrageous stories to tell the grandkids. And out of my friends who are at Umass, Nova, Buffalo and ASU I am the only one who didn't transfer out. So that says a lot. I do really love SJU despite it's short comings.

GOOD: Nice campus, nice business school, &small campus. BAD: Many unhelpful & rude staffs, lack of majors & minors, many snotty kids, the hookup factor is high, corney parties that you have to pay for that usually gets crashed, lack of diversity, racism is pretty high, surrounding area is a bit dangerous, & tuition is relatively pricey for what you're getting.
Campus Aesthetics: B+, Education Quality: F
