I received a teaching job right out of college and was well prepared. Take advantage of the small school. I worked with professors regularly one-on-one and would encourage you to seek them out to do the same. Also there is a good deal of resources dedicated to clubs--get involved. Admitedly some of the housing needs work--but I found that a picture was worth a thousand words... Extracurricular Activities: A+, Campus Maintenance: C- Have a Question?
