I couldn't imagine myself being any happier going to any other college other than Clemson. You see quotes all over the place about "there's something in these hills" and it's true! I can't explain why Clemson is so important to me, but no matter where I am (now down in Miami), when I run into someone that went to Clemson they are immediately family. They are the most loyal, friendly people you will ever meet and the southern hospitality rubs off on you whether you're a "yankee" (i'm from pennsylvania) or a true southerner. Employers are impressed that I went to Clemson--I was in the business program that was ranked the top 10 programs in the country including ivy leagues. I'm not a very emotional person but thinking about how much Clemson means to me literally brings tears to my eyes. I wish I could share that with as many people as I can because its impossible to explain the happiness Clemson and it's people have brought me. It's a place you can just enjoy life.. hang out at the lake on weekends and go play frisbee. There's people from so many areas of the country that you're bound to find a group of friends that you fit in with. I love sports so Clemson was awesome in terms of sporting events!! Clemson fans go CRAZY especially for football games and baseball in the spring. The amount of school spirit you feel in death valley gives you goosebumps... and students stay through the last second of the game... whether we're losing or winning... and sing the alma matter at the end, even if we lose to our rival South Carolina with tears in their eyes :) I know that was really sappy but I really do love Clemson with all my heart and I wish so many more people can experience that too.

Great Place to go to school and live. Great place if you love the outdoors we are very close to many many places to camp and hike. In addition, Clemson is a very respected university that is very well know especially in the engineering fields. A ring from Clemson is more then just something you wear it stands for what Clemson represents and it not only shows that you are someone who completed a degree there but that you have the moral upstanding fiber that makes a Clemson graduate. This all showing "a Clemson man need no introduction"
Faculty Accessibility: A+, Scholastic Success: B

It was a last minute decision to apply to Clemson, and I wasn't looking forward to going to it in the fall. However, Clemson provides amazing oppurtunities for collaboration with faculty in and out of the classroom. They also provide students with more resources and support than most schools in its class. It's a great school for anyone wanting to attend a major research university without having to feel like they are wasting the professors' time.
