I absolutely love this school and would neverQuite BrightEducation
I absolutely love this school and would never leave. the academics are good, its a perfect size of about 10,000, there are multiple beaches within 10 minutes, the city couldn't be any more beautiful, and everyone knows how to have a great time from pregames, to parties, then to the bars. i never get bored. the weather is warm and its impossible not have a smile on your face when you look around at the environment on campus and downtown. this school is very well rounded and i would never go anywhere else!however, one thing to be careful of is to never walk alone at night EVER. during the day you are fine but always stay in a group at night. i have walked two blocks on campus alone late at night and gotten harrassed by bums.. just be careful and use street smarts and remember you are in a city. other than that.. this place is seriously paradise. you wont regret going here!

Question
The college of charleston is seriously the mostBrightUndecided
The college of charleston is seriously the most amazing city i have ever been too. it is beautiful and you will never get bored because there is soooooo much to do.. i constantly find myself having to make a choice of what to do on the weekends rather than search for something. With the beautiful town, friendly environment, and the beach you cant go wrong with this school. i cannot imagine myself anywhere else. yeah we dont have a football team, but honestly who really cares? im so preoccupied with other stuff i dont even notice. If you love to go out and have a goodtime, live in a gorgeous/warm environment, and also go to a very good school this is the place for you!

alot of people say that the south is 'unwelcoming' to northerners which i have personally not had a problem with. within the first week i made handfuls of amazing friends from the north and south that will last a lifetime. greek life is not fully necessary... although it does boost more activities/friends to make if you feel that you need it but you can still have a blast without it. this city is addicting, alumni from all over move back to charleston after they graduate because they love it so much. whenever i go home for breaks, i miss charleston and cant wait to get back. i would highly recommend this school to ANYBODY who is outgoing and down to have a good time! i love cofc!

Coming from up northSuper BrilliantPreMed and Medical
Coming from up north I really enjoy the atmosphere at CofC. The education is also great, and it really helps to have a medical school next to campus. Good for a laid back but hardworking student
