The teachers are lazy and boring and don't know their stuff. If you graduate from fmu you are doomed so don't even waste your time and money on a school like fmu. Good luck. FMU has probably the worst reviews on the Internet for a good reason. You shouldn't trust anything the administration of this school tells you. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up but later you will find yourself in a huge dept, which happened to me and other students. Many post on this board have said that the administration of FMU posts positive reviews to oppose the negative ones. I believe that and I think it's shameful. Once again, stay away. But, gradually I started finding out about all sorts of problems that students suffer from. Here is a quick list: 1. Less than 10 % of the admitted students graduate from FMU within 5 years. Due to the overwhelming student disatisfaction, most of them transfer to other schools or drop out within the first year. 2. There is a lot of crime taking place at fmu. People come from outside campus to buy drugs and cause fear among students. 3. There is discrimination against black people everywhere. If you are black, you will be treated like a criminal everywhere. 4. The president's position was never advertized; thus he was hired illegally. Many professors left the university because of that. I am finding out ever day shocking secrets about this place; so I am getting concerned and I am transfering to another school. My advice, if you are looking for a school, I would suggest to avoid FMU. But, the choice is yours......... Good Luck. Campus Aesthetics: B+, Social Life: F Have a Question?
