 | Quite Bright | I have gone to TTC for over 10 years. I used to have nothing but positive things to say about this particular place. I have worked there, even as a Lab Assistant. Its sad and digusting now. What happened to the instructors who were so amazing, who had something to give? IF I wanted to read a book and do my "lessons", I could do it on my own. This is just a place to get credits. That is it. So, if you are a slacker, field-hogger....then go for it. I won this school award after award. They have done nothing but given me a McDonalds education. THANKS! | Starting Job: NONE, Preparedness: A+, Reputation: F | | |

| | Quite Bright | Okay, about this nursing program...one reviewer said that they set up many hurdles for people to jump, just to stay in the program and this is absolutely true. If people were removed from the program based on academics, that would be one thing. HOWEVER, you can be removed from the program for any (and most) nonacademic nonessential or redundant thing they ask you to do and basically at their will. If this happens to you, good luck, because your ass is out and theres nothing you can do but go to the back of the 100-mile long line to get in. They have MANY people wanting to get in. However, they have a waiting list and are eager to weed out students who have worked hard to get in and stay in the program to let any other student in, reguardless of the qualifications and likeliness of completion of the program for either student. Its a good program though, but the academics isn't what gives you the headache its the politics and being treated like worse than a number, you are really NOTHING. | Scholastic Success: A, Individual Value: F | | | |

| | Super Brilliant | Overall one of the best schools in the region. I've dealt with The Citadel, Charleston Southern University, and College of Charleston and hands down Trident Technical College simply has their act together. Their website is well-built, their online courses are well-structured, class sizes are appropriate, teachers are knowledgable and helpful, and in the rare cases I need help from the administration they've been absolutely informative and prompt. | Faculty Accessibility: A+, Social Life: D- | | | |
