APSU was perfect for me.Quite BrightPsychology
APSU was perfect for me. I am a non-traditional student, so I fit right in as the average age is 25. Yes, there are many "older" students, which makes classes more interesting! Most faculty are very friendly, helpful and knowlegable. There are a few new muti-million dollar buildings: The honestly beautiful Morgan University Center(which houses eateries, Java City coffehouse, pool tables, video games, a convenient store, etc), The amazing Sunquist Science Center, rockin' new dorms, etc. Many of the bulding have wireless service. The campus is small, accesible, safe and very pretty. Class size is also very small. Overall APSU is a great little university and was just right for me to finish my undergraduate degree.

Question
My education at Austin Peay didn't help meCommunications
My education at Austin Peay didn't help me at all getting into the field I wanted. The only positive thing that happened from Austin Peay was stuff in my personal life. My education did not get any real help there. Sure, I learned more than I knew going in, but honestly, if had gotten a job in my field, I could have learned it all that way too and I'd be farther at this point. I would recommend looking into another school. I'm having to go back to a different school to get a better experience and to gain better skills and contacts.

Question
Austin Peay is a second high school.Super BrilliantPhilosophy
Austin Peay is a second high school. The coursework is extremely easy, except in a few isolated departments, most of it is easier than my honor classes in high school. The students do not really speak to one another unless they have too, too caught up on the friends they came here with from high school. The faculty are helpful but the administration is not, its even counterproductive. There is alot of hype about university pride here, but there is nothing to be proud about. My advice: don't go here, don't go here, don't even come visit here.
