This school is run like a business.BrightNursing
This school is run like a business. I graduated with 42,000 in student loan debt after coming here. My boyfriend who also attended here graduated with 100,000 in student loan debt. Combined we owe 142,000 in student loan debt JUST for UNDERGRADUATE. They don't tell you how much you could really owe with the increase in intuition EACH year and by the time you find out it is too late to transfer. By sophomore year, if you try to transfer you'll learn from other universities that they will not accept your bible classes and stupid core classes as credit for anything other than electives. Like myself, you find out that you wouldn't graduate on time unless you stayed which is why I stayed. This is enough reason for why you should not attend. If it wasn't for my career opportunities, I would've been indebted for the rest of my life because of ACU.

Question
I made the worst decision of my lifeBrightOther
I made the worst decision of my life by coming here. ACU lacks cultural diversity and it is clearly evident within your first few day of school. Right a way you will come in contact with the super christians who may hear God through the wind and such. The other kind of students are fake. fake. and fake. They too may also seem like super christians at first but you'll soon learn of how they cheat on exams, hook up with each other, and engage in illegal activities not even a block away from campus. This is not a place where it is safe to voice your opinion against the University agenda and the churches of christ traditions as there can be detrimental consequences like dropping letter grades in courses and having your grades you've already earned replaced with 0's :) The only thing good out of my experience here the grad walk and getting the hell out of here.

Question
ACU claims they won't shove thier religion downAveragePreMed and Medical
ACU claims they won't shove thier religion down your throat however, thats exactly what they do but in a subtle manner which makes it annoying. Also, the school requires a lot of stupid and unnecessary classes that often have nothing to do with the major. These extra classes also happen to have extra, time consuming, hard work which can bring down one's GPA. Do not make the wrong choice I did. Do not come to ACU
