AC is an excellent college with professors whoAverageOther
AC is an excellent college with professors who love what they do. This college expects students to show up to class and they expect their students to make the effort do well .if you want to very active social life and you want to party this is not the school for you. You get out of college what you put into it. There are always students that party and don't do well and those are the ones that are going to trash the school. then there's the serious students who make the effort to really do well in their classes and they love the school. my four years at the school were absolutely phenomenal I loved

every minute of it. I was able to travel, my professors were engaged. I
would not change this experience for the world . Austin College teaches you as a student how to think outside the box which most universities don't do . The one negative comment I do have about Austin college is the cafeteria the food is horrible, absolutely horrible, they did have a chef there for a while and he actually tried to make some changes but then they made him leave and the food went back to being really bad. As much money as you or your parents are paying to attend this college the food should be at least edible. Overall I would say that Austin College is a phenomenal college if you want a serious education this is the place to come. if you just want an easy Scantron college, work a part-time job and have a social life, then AC is not the college for you.

Question
I highly recommend against this place.Quite Bright
I highly recommend against this place. I had many excellent options of where to go, only to find this school to be full of closed minded cruel people. The administration does not care when something is going on on campus, including bullying. The bullying is serious. Many students here are "alternative" in dress and behavior. Lip rings and pointy mohawks are not uncommon.

Question
I really like my school.BrightComputer Science
I really like my school. This is not a party school. Students here are fun, and nice, but serious about their academics. The profs are very accessible. The dorms are awful though and the food service is mediocre. I would still pick this school again if I did this over again because everything else is great enough to compensate.
