Sort By: [Date] [Major] [Rating] PreMed and Medical  Major Salary, Salary Trend, Satisfaction, Unemployment Quite Bright AOMA has some incredible professors and is a genuine treasure as a resource for learning Chinese Medicine from actual Chinese doctors. Sadly, the school doesn't seem to value its Chinese faculty as I feel it should and seems to be moving in a more bland - tastes like a day spa - direction. The education is still top notch however and I do hope that the school realizes that without its Chinese Faculty, it really has way way less to offer. The course work is quite difficult; don't jump in without a full commitment, but it is amazing medicine and so wonderful to get to study with some of the best! Not only is this school the least expensive school in Texas but almost in the U.S. Comparing the tuition price to other schools the quality of teachings are equal or better for the price you pay. If you are going into the field of Oriental Medicine choose this school to compare with other schools. Only bad thing about Austin is a challenge in treating Seasonal Allegies.
