Central Texas College is open admission so everyone will be accepted. The class sizes are small and the coursework isnt difficult but you do learn very valuable information. The teachers try to help you the best they can during office hours. My only complaint would be the parking;but that's at every college.

I did not enjoy my time at CTC. The professors are stupid and teach at the lowest level possible. They test on information they do not teach, and know nothing about. They are nice people but should not be in the education system. They students are good people but the city of killeen sucks ass, and the student reflect this.

The campus has good outer upkeep cause the guys are always mowing the lawns and such but the housekeeping in the new nursing and science building can be upgraded cause the women's bathrooms are atrocious by far. Some of the professors here are good if they care about teaching but there are some who spout about not caring either way cause we're all grown-ups...there is great diversity because we're located by post so for us single girls there's lots of single soldiers walking around...especially if you take classes on post which are by far faster (8 weeks) and easier depending on who you have. it's not really competitive...unless you make it for yourself and uphold your own standards...otherwise...just do your best cause some students care about their education more than others...
