I was in the Commercial Aviation program. I found it very challenging (mainly due to the material for that field). The teachers had a passion for their subject. I did not complete (medical reasons) but wish I had. I know many alumni that went on to major airlines. I still miss flying and miss the people in the program. It was a great environment for learning but still did not feel like a college as far as social activities. I lived on campus in married student housing so I was walking around quite a bit. The campus was small but nice, the housing was pleasant and reasonable. I have nothing but fond memories of my time there and of the people on campus. It felt like an extended family.

The theatre department has exceeded all of my expectations. CTC's faculty is very well educated and I would say that some of them are among the best instructors I have studied under. The classes are a perfect mixture of academics and life practicum. The student body is a good mixture of adults (continuing education) and those freshly out of high school which makes for a very positive learning environment. Overall, Central Texas College provides for a very sound foundation on which to launch ones college experience in my humble opinion.
Education Quality: A+, Individual Value: B-
