Good school. GREAT preparation for grad school in this field. Department does their homework concerning courses that are required for entrance into graduate schools.

Professors were helpful. Generally willing to listen and receive feedback from students in accordance with coursework. I had a professor meet with me at 9:30 on a weeknight to help clarify some of of an assignment and help me with it. The faculty really care about the students. I don't think I can say as much for most of the staff, unfortunately.

The surrounding city isn't horrible at all. It all depends on where you are coming from. If you're from a small town, you'll enjoy the bigger feel without being overwhelmed. There are plenty of places to eat, and plenty of pretty cool things to do, you just have to get a little creative sometimes.

A great school if you can get past the average student is an anti social nerd and the coursework is HARD. Yes, you will fail classes here, get used to it. I barely scraped by my first 2 semesters (D is for diploma right?) without failing a class, but it was by the grace of God.

For the people that complain about Christianity and talk about God on campus...it's a Christian school what else would you expect? There's enough open minded people to have quality discussions with.

I pledged a frat my first semester, glad I did. While it's not like a public school when it comes to social life, there's still fun times to be found, you just have to work for it.

Professors are friendly and accessible. Some make life more difficult than is necessary, others don't know how to write tests, but overall the education is quality and leaves little to be desired.

We have a new food service coming in right now, and a new cafeteria coming next year, so forget the food complaints for now.

Overall I love the school, can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Super Brilliant
After being there for four years, I realized how lucky I was to be at a University where people truely cared about you as an individual. There are plenty of things that we can point out that we didn't like about LETU, but the same can be said true about any University. A majority of the students have no school spirit, yet they are the first to say a negative thing about the University at the comfort of their own computer chair. LETU is a fine institution that has a very bright future.

This is a great school. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in everyday student life and the professors care of you on an individual basis.
