In my opinion the professors in the MSJul 05 2016Business - Management and Administration
In my opinion the professors in the MS of Accounting are excellent for the most part. There were minor issues, but nothing outside of the realm of normal. However, the business courses required to complete the MSA are a comedy of errors. Staff from the business school can be unreachable, not offer feedback, the communications professor has terrible communication skills, and there is no support from the university. If you are thinking of PVAMU for your MBA I would suggest you go elsewhere. However, I would suggest the Executive MBA as this program seems excellent. The MS in Accounting I am neutral on, mainly due to the fact you must take courses from the MBA courses.
Question
If had to do it again this schoolNov 22 2014Nursing
If had to do it again this school would not be on my list. Take your money and you teach yourself. Professors quitting during the semester. The Dean Is a BITCH. She is unconcerned. I have her on recording talking crazy to students. I wish it was a way for me to upload the tape, because I would. I hate this Fucken school. They should not be allowed to educate anyone. The dean is the biggest problem. You are only as good as your leader. She has gotten to old to lead the school into its next phase. I want my 50 thousand dollars back. I am looking for an attorney to sue the hell out of them. If you are thinking of going here DO NOT.
Question
Prairie View can notJun 06 2012Education
Prairie View can not be compared to other universities because for years they have had the worst staff. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or reply to an email. It is so frustrating to deal with this type of treatment at a graduate campus.
Question
Prairie View still hasn't learned how to beApr 08 2012Education
Prairie View still hasn't learned how to be professional and helpful to its students. Most staff and faculty are exceptionally rude, self-absorbed, arrogant people who don't respond to emails, or phone calls when you need help, unless it's a relative, soror, friend, or someone they like. You have to take a day off from work to resolve any issue, then you meet very unpleasant people who chide you, completely rude and unhelpful. I didn't learn anything from the Counseling program, it is a real joke. Nothing they teach would prepare you for the Licensed Professional Counselors exam.
Question
