Teachers are REALLY accessible. The school has really cool events sometimes, even though it requires "hidden" fees such as a maddeningly overpriced meal plan. People are generally very open-minded and not NEARLY as conservative as you might expect, given the location.

I absolutely love Trinity. I came somewhat apprehensive about moving to Texas, but the people have been great. It is a private school, and the "Trinity Bubble" (also known as the "Gringos on the hill") does exist, but most people are very intelligent and very knowledgeable about their surroundings. I am actually in the middle of a year long study abroad program (definitely look up our international department, it's amazing) and cannot wait to go back.

I am in love with Trinity. It is a fantastic school: great classes, professors, and people. In classic Texas fashion, everyone is friendly and says, "Hey, y'all!" as you pass. While most of the campus is upper middle class white kids, the main thing to point out is that they are mostly NICE, INTELLIGENT, and PERSONABLE upper middle class white kids. If you are in a fraternity or are a girl, there is something to do every night (party-wise); San Antonio is also always busy. All in all, I don't think I could have made a better choice.
