There are a lot of grad students at TWU but they're not organized to provide support for each other. Departmental support is usually strong. Some profs were lifesavers.

I do not recommend this school for anyone thinking about taking political science classes. The government department is not good, and in class only stupid opinions are valued, not facts. Dr.Hoye, one of their professors that teach senior seminar, is the worst teacher I have ever taken. He only likes to talk about "liberal" ideas and asks stupid opinions.

There needs to be more activities and things to do on the weekends. It gets slow around then. Also food places need to be open longer, this includes the weekdays. Its hard to get food if you have night class and everything is shut down at 6.

I came from a very rigorous college-prep private school. Coming to school was like an extention of that school. I haven't had much difficulty in my class, in fact I thought that a couple of my classes were too easy.
