Quite Bright
This University and it's administration is significantly predisposed to doing all that they can to limit student rights and conveniences. They do not have adequately trained staff in their administrative offices, especially the office of student records, cashier's office (rude staff, no direct deposit of financial aid refunds, have to wait until the Friday after classes have started to receive a PAPER check despite the fact that we are in the year 2011), and the transcript office, which is unable to provide same day transcript service due to "overwhelming requests", despite the fact that TCC can provide same day service, which has significantly more students. I wish there had been an additional option for the degree program I was interested in obtaining, because if there had been, I would NOT have applied here. Avoid this institution like the plague and use your money for greater academic value.
Education Quality: A, University Resource Use: F
