They are spending tons of money on making the campus pretty, but not any on parking. It seems that they only have enough parking for only half of the students. The professors and nice at least the ones that I have met. Most of the students are from San Antonio or from the surrounding area and they come with their high schools friends and do not really try to meet new people. What once felt like a community college has become a major state university, and is working towards becoming a nationally recognized school. Advances have been made in nearly every aspect on campus. Construction through the 2007-2008 school year topped $250 million. There is a reason that UTSA is one of the fastest growing schools in the nation.
