The Univsersity of Texas at Dallas in convienent because of its location. It a good place to get your undergraduate degree while sustaining yourself with a job. But if you really want to go on with your education and learn something truly valuable, I don't recommend UTD. The atmosphere here is oriented to reflect the city of Dallas, where people still subscribe to the 9-5 idea of the American Dream. Work, a mortgage, a couple of kids, and a large vehicle. If you want more than this out of life set your sights beyond UTD.

Super Brilliant
This has got to be the absolute worst University in the country. This school really has no right to call itself a University. It should be called an advanced community college. You would think that a campus of the largest university system in the country would be able to repair their streets, would be able to build something other than just portable buildings, would have air conditioning that actually works, and would know what the hell they are doing when it comes to academics. Sorry, not here. Go somewhere else... Anywhere else.

Honestly, I really wanted to like this school. But the social life is totally non-exsistent. Its mostly a commuter school and the apartments suck and will rip you off. Go here only if you have enough time to study and work. However, I do have to say that academically, they are very selective when it comes to admissions and their coursework can be demanding. Class discussions are pretty good as well. However, if you're looking for the balance between parties and studying, you're not going to find it here.
