Wayland is an okay school, but unless youQuite BrightPsychology
Wayland is an okay school, but unless you are into experiencing the high school atmosphere for a second time (on steroids), DO NOT COME HERE! You have been warned. I plan to graduate as quickly as possible and get the hell out of here. School "policies" are shoved down your throat. My personal favorite policy is that at age 21 you can not drink. Another thing is, if you at all value your privacy and also your sanity, do not live on any wayland campus. The campuses are small and any new person is a new target. Just a warning.

There is lots of running around, with outNot so brightNursing
There is lots of running around, with out communication. that is the biggest problem. you would think that after about 6 years of doing the nursing program they would have it down to a science, but they don't they still don't have the general curriculum down. they are always changing things up every semester is very different then the last. 8 students were forced to withdraw from the school because they didn't pass a math test, which they were only given three chances to pass. you are required to do this every semester. so you could be forced to withdraw if you fail even if you are in the last semester. you can only fail one class if you do you must reapply to the program to see if you can reenter. if you fail again then you are dropped from the program and can never reenter. you have to really desperate if you decide to go to the nursing program at Wayland. monitor their nursing accreditation they are on probation due to low pass rates

I went to WBU for 1 semester.BrightSociology
I went to WBU for 1 semester. I received Financial Aid and did not understand how much would apply to tuition. I made repeated calls and emails to the Financial aid department to no avail. Because I was told to take 4 credits instead of 6 by the Admin. Assistant, I now owe WBU $700.00 instead of $300.00. After talking with the Dean, I now have to pay $700.00 even though I did not get a response from someone in the Financial office to let me know to take 6 credits, which would only have cost me 300.00. Now I am being told by the Financial office that I can't withdraw from school. WBU does not act like a Christian school and I will not recommend this school to anyone.
