The first year was great. Instructors were very good. Something happened and they all left, one bu one. This left the Dean of the CS Dept who had not been in the business for many years, did not know how to use the software and was well over 65 years old. I learned nothing from him and actually learned more from YouTube and The New Boston than he taught. Plus NO internship program for CS students which meant no job. The program was sabotaged by former students, leaving new students out in the cold. Seven months and over 100 resumes later, I have no job and no possibilities. I wouldn't recommend this school to my worst enemy.

Came in off a 28 year hold from associates attempt and many classes transfered from the original school, yeah!. I enjoyed all but 2 of the instuctors I had, one was very overbearing the other was someone basically off the street and did not have a teaching plan to follow. Enjoyed the CollegeAmerica classes as I did not have to listen to all the "fluff" and "know it all" contents from other learners...especially when they attempted to get the instructors off the subject at hand. The placement program from Murray needs a lot to be desired. I was given a list of employers to contact, minimum input on my resume, again a list and some samples to follow. Most positions I tried required working knowledge of programs, not just a diploma. The website which I was told to try, I applied several times to several employers, no contact from most and one sent two emails and then dropped me. And Stevens seems resistant in the same way to higher former students to work as advisors or other positions (I've tried several times) one has to have previous sales experience.

Spent mega bucks on an Associate Degree that qualifies me for an $8/hr job. So-called 'job placement' is a joke at best. Horrible experience all things considered.
