Faculty and staff not only do NOT enforce the statewide rule of not smoking at least 25 feet from doors, but also participate in smoking within 25 feet from doors. I do not like going to school & having to get a cigarettes worth of smoke and chemicals every time I walk to & from my classes. Our university should be enforcing the laws and proving a safe & healthy environment for all students especially because we have horrible air quality already in Salt Lake City. The U of U doesn't care about its students. It has mostly bad professors and a few good ones. Students don't care about each other -- it's a commuter school and a hard school to commute to too!
