this shool is full of raging, mad, uptight, get in your face about jesus, jesus debaters, tattletailing, had no fun in highschool so ill bring that to liberty and debate you on calvinism on a friday night weirdos, and quite frankly it sucks. RA are really just guys who are uptight and cant enjoy life without giving someone reps for hair. the rules here are close to a concentration camp, everyone sneeks out, sneeking out in college, yeah it is more strict than highschool. Ra have no respect for human feeling they just follow the rules down to a nitty gritty and if they dont so help me God an RD will say they are doing bad and write them a nasty note telling them how angry they are. Everyone loves to go to church it is almost like they get horny for church. convo three times a week, basically convo is brainwash time in the fact that my views have to align with falwell or hindson and if they dont i am going strait to hell. gned is a college class in which i am ashamed to call a college class. the teachers brainwash everyone into questioning every decision

For the Undergraduate Survey, I left all answers defaulted to the letter "F" because I do not live on campus. I attend Liberty University Online.

After attending LUO for appx 2 years now, I elected to re-take a class that I made a B in for Fall 2011. When speaking with an advisor, I was told about the Repeat Policy and that the school would take the higher of the 2 grades (Fall 2011). Now,(Spring 2012) I have been told that this information was incorrect and that both grades are taken into account. This does not make ANY sense to me whatsoever. I cannot get a straight answer anytime I call into one of these "advisors" - which BTW are students attending LU and they are all just as confused as the rest of us trying to seek a correct answer. When deciding if online studies are for you, consider this, for the majority of classes, there are no instructional videos to guide one along the way. Moreover, trying to get a response from a professor / instructor can be quite frustrating since they are adjunct faculty and have full-time jobs themselves. If you value your time, money and education do yourself a favor and do not attend Liberty University Online.

Financial Aid and Student Accounts are the biggest nightmare I have ever seen (and I deal with the IRS daily!) The grants are wrong, the amounts are wrong, and even if they are right they change them so they are wrong! Expect to be suddenly paying out hundreds of dollars at randome without warning, have your grants or scholarships returned to the payees for unknown reasons, there is ABSOLUTELY no accountability for the staff whatsoever!

If you are lucky enough to get past Financial aid or Student Accounts into an actual class, the professors do not respond to emails, discussion board posts asking for help or guidance are a waste of time, and assignments MAY be graded and posted a week or so after class ends. I once had the professor go on vacation and be out of contact for the duration of the class... and I speak from not one or two semesters but 6 years of effort towards this degree. While their tuition is agreeably lower than other colleges, I cannot stress enough that you get what you pay for and this college is all about how much money they can get out of you no matter how dishonest or unprofessional they are about how they do it. You will be wasting your time and probably leave without finishing a degree. Be smart and go to a community college instead. Their better and cheaper.
