Would not recommend for older students (commuter). Parking is a beast and they're making it even more difficult for commuters by taking away more of the parking lots/garages. Some of the faculty are friendly, but overall most are 'self-absorbed' and seem to be 'robots' ... day-in-day-out doing the same thing with little or no concern for their students. One professor's English was so bad I had to drop the class because I couldn't understand him (FIN 323). When I went to him for assistance he said, "Bring to class we discuss with all so all will benefit." Basically, he did NOT want me to ask him questions. I dropped the class because of him and took it the following semester with someone who spoke English.

Quite Bright
This college offers a masters in Prek-6 education. It is easy to understand, and the majority of education classes are easy. The extra history and special education requirements are very hard because they are designed for history and sped ed majors. The faculty which teaches is average. The faculty that pushes paperwork is very poor. I have had nothing but problems with my advisor and IDS and TES staff. If you wish to become a teacher I warn you now that the IDS department is poorly run and you will need several folders to try to organize there mistake. I warn any who take this major to ask the same question twenty times because you will get fifteen different answers.
