| Bright | My 4 and a half years at Virginia Tech were probably the greatest of my life. You really grow up and find out who you are and what you really can be capable of. The resources are there for you to take you knowledge and maturity to the next level, not just sit idle. Don't get me wrong I wasnt the most incredible student ever, but I made by and came out with a degree that got me a decent paying job in a field that I love. Tech is such a great atmosphere and the people you meet will most likely be your friends for the rest of your life. I definitely partied hardcore going to house parties, apartment parties, frat houses, and definitely downtown, so there really is no excuse to say that nothing happens in this small town party wise cause there's ALWAYS something happening. Don't get me started on sports cause thats basically what you live for on weekends, Lane Stadium is the S$#T. TONS of extra-curricular activities and TONS of clubs you can join. I did and was able to travel to multiple places along the east coast for competitions and such. AGAIN..take advantage of everything at Tech, cause once you get that itch, you'll be a Hokie for life. | Campus Aesthetics: A+, Faculty Accessibility: B- | | | |

| Bright | Virginia Tech is an extremely nice campus. The whole town is a community and it feels smaller than it actually is. The football and sports are great here and there are so many different clubs and activities available for students. I feel very safe here at Virginia Tech despite it getting a bad rep. The nightlife is pretty good if you can make friends. The campus is beautiful, especially in the summer when there is almost always no clouds in the sky. The surrounding Appalachian mountains provide some amazing outdoor experiences if you are willing to travel off campus. | Education Quality: A+, Individual Value: C+ | | | |

| Not so bright | Mah eggsperints at VT has bin gr8t. I reely Njoy the drinkin an th foot-ball!! An Mah spelin has reely mprooved. Go Hokees!!! Now let's get serious. I was only pretending that I was "Not too bright", could you tell? Actually VT is one of the best schools I have ever visited or attended. I have never seen a place where the students seem so genuinely happy to be. Even though it is an engineering school, I was suprised to find there are loads of cutie beauty coed students, many of whom are sincerely nice. (I am originally from California) The sorority girls can be snooty though, just like Cal. The academics are rigorous, but the teachers are surprisingly supportive for such a big school. If you need help you can usually find it and the staff are empathetic to your struggles. Lots of hiking and activities if you want to get involved. The Alumni are absolutely nuts and loyal about their alma mater and give big money and often pitch in personally on university projects. | University Resource Use: A+, Surrounding City: C+ | | | |

| Quite Bright | best school in my opinion. The campus is beautiful, the girls are hot and it is very easy to have friends. The coursework is challenging, and you have a lot of opportunities related to work experience (coop and internships). Big football team as well. I think I could not be in a better environment to study and have fun; VT is the best mix, study hard, play hard. | Campus Aesthetics: A+, Surrounding City: B- | | | |
