 | Quite Bright | I would not recommend CWU to any student. I know the tuition is less than other schools, which is why I went there, but seriously, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I wanted to transfer out of this school within the first quarter. The majority of the teachers are idiots, or they just don't give a crap about their students since they are tenured, and therefore, untouchable and lacking motivation to actually be a responsive, quality professor. I completed a double major, made Dean's list every quarter, and joined honor societies, and through that experience, I can honestly say I only encountered maybe four quality professors that cared about their jobs. Oh, and many of the professors are biased, as in, if you disagree with their opinion (I.e. think for yourself), they will mark you down for doing so. This school is a joke. They are also HIGHLY unorganized. The education is not quality, and it seemed like most of the students were less intelligent than an average middle schooler. Save your time and money. | Preparedness: F, Reputation: F | | |

| | Quite Bright | Out of the mainstream majors, if you want to be a K-12 Teacher, or maybe an Accountant, and go to school for very cheap (very affordable!), then CWU is for you. Otherwise, work harder and get into a good school (UW?). The school is just too small, under-funded, and lacking any recognition for you to get a decent job after graduation. Even an engineering degree from here gets you nowhere. You don't learn that much unless you push yourself to do it. The faculty won't. And main campus couldn't care less about the branch campuses. | Collaboration/Competitive: A+, Social Life: F | | | |

| | Quite Bright | I am honestly surprised CWU is an accredited university. The reason it is so cheap is because the education you receive at Central is honestly a joke. The student body that is attracted to Central are those that only focus on partying and "living the college dream" and as such, I found myself sitting in class wondering how my peers even got accepted to college in the first place. If you care about your education and your future, choose a different university. Invest in paying more to attend a better, respectable university. Spending even a cent on tuition at Central is a waste. | Friendliness: A, Individual Value: F | | | |
