I attended NCA back in its hay day along the waters of the sound. The school had great potential then, and I as have worked in the area since graduating and watched the program grow I have been very impressed by the level of skill the graduated finish school with. I wish they had the internship program when I attended. Do great things!

I went to the school over a decade ago, the core staff hasn't changed and they were great! This was a amazing program, they have grown so much, I just wish I was going there now with all the new majors and programs.

Well I am a sophomore at the college. I have found the school to be quite helpful. They have gone out of there way to help me start showing and selling my art. The staff is very knowledgeable and always make time for my questions. I have even gone to school during our 3 week vacation and received critiques on art that I was working on outside of the school. The teachers are all working professionals and in my opinion are very qualified to teach. Sure there have been some bumps in the road but I feel like the school has my best interests at heart. I have read some of the comments above, and I would like to shed some light on this. The people who fail are the same people who do the absolute minimum to get by. These are the people who don't draw or practice art in their free time. The school will teach you the methods and procedures to become a great artist but if you don't contribute to that knowledge with practice, you will not be able to compete when you leave.
