You don't realize what you are getting yourself into until you get there. Don't get me wrong the classes are fine for the most part. Depending on which major you choose to go for, determines how well the classes go for you in my opinion. The problem with the computer science department, is there really isn't one. Unless you plan to go for a business or engineering degree I would look else where. The school promises a lot of financial aid, but you have to be careful, the loans you take out can be costly. The meal program is a rip off. The worst part of the campus are the dorms. If you have any trouble while you stay at the dorms don't expect to get any help. You will struggle to get things done. Giving awful information and signing off on classes I later find I dont have all the prereqs for. I was supposed to be finished in 2 years, and because of bad advising it is being pushed back an extra year. The teachers have their favorites and grade so accordingly. It is similar to a high school in terms of the different groups. Also, teachers constantly force you to talk even if you feel uncomfortable to do so. I would have rather gone to a tech school where it is hands on!!
