St. Martin's has many merits, and few faults.BrightBiology
St. Martin's has many merits, and few faults. While St. Martin's is a rather expensive private school, there are so many opportunities for scholarships, grants, and work study. Most people end up paying about the same or a touch more than going to the nearby state school, but there are less tacked on charges(the nearby state school charges over $100 a year for parking, at St Martin's its free). Classes are small, which is a pro as well as a con. Upper division course offerings are limited, which can be difficult on scheduling, but small classes allow for deeper exploration into concepts and a great community feel. While academics not intensely rigorous, there is plenty of opportunity to delve deeply into subject matter and gain a lot of what is offered, given the proper self motivation. For those that struggle in some areas, there are lots of student services, from a writing center to tutoring, all included in tuition. While it may not be a party school or an Ivy league class school, St Martin's is a great choice for higher education.

In general, the dorms are very nice. However, you are required to purchase a meal plan when living on campus. The food is not that great.

Question
If you happen to be active duty militarySuper BrilliantCriminal
If you happen to be active duty military and attending the extension campus, best you be prepared for some extreme aggravation when it comes to dealing with financial aid and pretty much any haughty member of the main campus administrative staff. These clowns were not even tracking my graduation and wont even have a degree ready to give me until several months after I graduate. Complete and utter culture of apathy and ambivolence. But let you owe em some money, they will let you know in a hurry.
