Super Brilliant
Do not attend this school. The teachers get paid far more than they are worth and you will have a hard time finding a job after graduation. FVTC students can't compete against graduates from four-year universities, although nobody at FVTC will ever tell you that. I did not find the faculty and staff particularly friendly. Teachers seem to be hired based on their industry experience rather than their teaching abilities, which is obvious because I had some teachers which had very poor teaching skills. When I started attending FVTC in 2010 they told me that they had a 100% placement rate for students and that a person with my degree should expect a starting salary around 60,000 a year. That is a lie and I can't believe I fell for it.

This is a horrible technical college. They have built everything around an income generating, money making curriculum. It's just a business. The food is deplorable and expensive. Teachers only read power point presentations "word-for-word" and then assign work from a book based on someone else's out of touch syllabus. Program plans are built with irrelevant classes to make money. Whats worse is the school is rife with an overpopulated developmentally disabled, wheelchair bound, extremely obese retarded collection of morons who can't even put a sentence together. Classes are overbooked and claustrophobic. I am appalled at the cost vs. quality of this institution. Go elsewhere if possible. It literally sucks. I say this because I have attended other colleges throughout the nation.

Quite Bright
DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL, especially for Automotive/Transportation degrees. Teachers will grade you based on whatever the **** they want to. Many of them act and behave in an unprofessional manner. Swear words are a normal part of discussion. If you have an issue with an instructor the Dean's in charge don't care and make it sound like you have a problem instead. It also feels the majority of the faculty was hired due to their industry experience regardless of teaching abilities.
