| Bright | If you know exactly what you want to do as a career and have a direct plan for how to accomplish this goal, then find the college or university that will provide the best education possible in that field. However, if you are unsure of your career goals, you would most likely be best served at a small, private liberal arts college or university, such as Ripon College, where you will have the chance to explore a variety of fields and have direct, one-on-one contact with your professors and mentors. You will have a better chance of finding yourself, to be exposed to a number of disciplines, and not have to worry about getting into the classes you would like to enroll. | Starting Job: Director of Public Relations/Wayland Academy, Preparedness: B+, Reputation: B- | | |

| Quite Bright | This is a great college for someone looking for small class sizes and personal relationships with professors. The degree of challenge depends on the department. However, the college is small and is in a small town and therefore you are quite isolated from the larger world. The college has quite a few international students but overall diversity is not that high. People should consider that before coming. One last comment is that many people are here partly, if not completely, because of the excellent financial aid. | Individual Value: A+, Surrounding City: C | | | |
